All the major brands of film are readily available and you can have your film developed in one hour at many locations in Budapest, including any of the 18 Fotex outlets (e.g. at VII Rakoczi út 2, V Vaci utca 9 etc).

When you choose 1 day development you will get a 24 picture new film free of charge in some places.
