Reservation changes can be made at any time according to hotel room availability and incur NO FEE unless the change is made less than 72 hours before the client`s original check-in date at the hotel, in which case they will be charged the cancellation penalty of the cost of the first night`s accommodation for each room reserved. In order to ensure accuracy Budapest Hotels only accepts Reservation Changes in writing by the following methods:
Clients may also extend or shorten their reservation at a given hotel as long as they inform Budapest Hotels of the request by telephone or one of the three methods above at least 24 hours before their original check-out time. The hotel must also be informed of the client`s wish to extend or shorten their stay and ensure that the hotel`s records are changed accordingly. |
The hotel rates Budapest Hotels provides for its clients on its website are available ONLY through Budapest Hotels` Reservation Service. Clients should NOT call the hotel in question directly, as these lower room rates are not available directly from the hotel. |
Budapest Hotels makes every effort to ensure that the information that appears on its website is accurate. However, Budapest Hotels does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserves the right to change the information published at any time and without any notice. |
In the case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that the client informs Budapest Hotels at the earliest opportunity in order that they have the opportunity to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Budapest Hotels within 3 (THREE) days of the end of the service provided. A copy of the complaint must also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder Budapest Hotels` ability to rectify the complaint and reduce or resolve any claim that the client may have. |
All hotel information that is published on the Budapest Hotels website is subject to change without notice. Budapest Hotels has visited all its featured hotels and every effort has been made to describe the hotels as accurately as possible. However, Budapest Hotels cannot accept responsibility for facilities, which are temporarily unavailable, are under renovation or not suited to the individual`s tastes or preferences. Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, whilst the hotelier or supplier will endeavor to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. Budapest Hotels cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by hotel management or staff. |
