Circus

The Grand Circus in the City Park at XIV Állatkerti körút 7 (metro: Széchenyi Fürdő), has performances on Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m.; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 3 p.m.; and Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7 p.m. (closed in summer). Although the matinees are occasionally booked out by school groups, there’s almost always space in the evening. Advance tickets are sold at the circus itself.

The Tropicarium at XXII. Nagytetenyi u. 37-43. Tel.: 424-3050 Open: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
Housed in the Campona shopping center, this impressive attraction should keep the kids entertained with the a large aquarium, alligators, sharks and a rain forest.

Fun Fair at XIV. Allatkerti korut 14-16. (City Park) Tel.: 363-2660 Open: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM everyday.

Just beyond the circus this fun fair is the best of its kind in Hungary, though do not expect Disney!
