On a 16-acre territory the Budapest Amusement Park offers fifty different kinds of traditional and modern rides to its visitors. Among the traditional rides it is worth mentioning three:

Europe’s longest Roller Coaster with wooden framework, which is still the most popular ride in the Park after 80 years.

 
Merry-go-round, with its unique horses, which was built in 1906. It has recently been renovated back into its original form and in 1998 received the European Nostra Prize.
Cave Railway, formerly the "Railway of the Dragon", which was also built at the beginning of the 20th century. It represents the story of John the Valiant, the poem of the famous Hungarian poet Sándor Petőfi

The modern entertaining themes show us the latest technical inventions, of which it is worth mentioning the following ones:

To enter the park you need to have valid admission wristband.

THE WRISTBAND IS VALID ONLY ON THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE AND WITH THE RECEIPT, ONLY FOR A ONE TIME ADMISSION, NON-TRANSFERABLE. VALID WRISTBAND ENTITLES GUESTS TO USE THE OPERATING EQUIPMENTS WITH NO LIMIT, ACCORDING TO THE OPENING HOURS OF VIDÁMPARK ON THAT DAY.

IMPORTANT!
THE ADMISSION WRISTBAND DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO USE THE GOKART, THE RACING CAR, THE COIN-OPERATED GAMES, THE PRIZE-WINNING GAMES, AND THE PHOTO-TAKING SYSTEMS.

WRISTBAND AND RECEIPT FOR CHECKING SHOULD BE SHOWN TO THE SECURITY STAFF ON REQUEST.
THOSE GUESTS WHO DON’T HAVE WRISTBAND OR HAVE INVALID OR DAMAGED WRISTBAND AND OR DON’T HAVE WRISTBAND AND ARE OVER 100 CM/3,28 FT HAVE TO LEAVE THE PARK.

ANYONE USING THE FACILITIES SHOULD BE AWARE AND USE THEM ON THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
