Programs in Budapest, Gone with the wind - ballet

Summary of the plot: Scarlet O’Hara is a celebrated beauty of North Georgia. She lives on a beautiful plantation, Tara. She is sixteen, flirting with everybody, but only loving one man Ascley Wilkes, the son of their neighbour.  Aschley marries Melany however, and Scarlet takes revenge by marrying Melany’s brother.

Meanwhile the war brakes out between North and South, and life changes sorely on Tara, and for Scarlet also. Rhett Butler, the businessman falls in love with Scarlet, who is widowed early.

He hopes that next day she will return his sentiments, but Scarlet is still hopelessly in love with the weak Aschley. The beautiful and stubborn girl in order to keep up living standards would even compromise. If she must, she will grab a riffle and protect her estate, or even offer her own body to reach her goals.

She is widowed twice before she accepts the loving Rhett Butler as husband. She gets everything she wants, but she is not happy.
She looses two pillars of her life: Melany dies, and she feels the absence of her love sorely, and she gets disappointed in Aschley, upon realising that he loved Melany all along, and she was only a desirable beauty to him.
By the time Scarlett finally understands that her true partner and love is Rhett Butler - Rhett doesn’t love her anymore, and leaves her.
