This one day program includes market visit, cooking class and wine tasting.
We start the day with a nice café au lait, then discover the local market and buy everything we need for the cooking class.  
The hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Hungarian recipes to enjoy the wonderfully intense flavours of traditional Hungarian kitchen.
You will prepare complete meal (3 recipes): appetizers/soup, main course and dessert. The menu is subject of discussion.
After cooking we enjoy the dishes you cooked paired with a tasting of specially selected wines from Hungary`s different wine regions, and informally explore Hungarian culture, folk-lore and customs and traditions.

Your program goes like this:

9:00 Start with a nice morning café au lait in a charming café near the market.
9:30 Visit to the local market and select fresh ingredients needed for the cooking class.
10:30 Return to our apartment and while reading the recipes we have some traditional Hungarian snack: fresh bread with goose fat, purple onion, paprika.
11:00-3:30  Cooking time. Under our careful eye you prepare the dishes you chose. Entrée/soup, main course, dessert.
13:30-17:00  After cooking we eat the meals together and taste 5 different types from Hungary famous wine regions.
