Come to climb and crawl with us in the second longest cave of Hungary, the Pálvölgyi–Mátyáshegyi multi-level cave system, which is situated on the Buda side of the Danube!

You often have to climb on walls, crawl through narrow passages, or get down to your hands and knees so you will get a sense of adventure. However, no previous experience in caving is needed for the tour. Children need to be at least 6 years old to take the tour. There is no upper age limit, but you need to be reasonably fit and agile.

You will be supplied with overalls, helmets and lights, and as the temperature inside is 10°C (50°F) all year a light pullover or a T-shirt is enough to wear under the overall. You need boots or trainers for the tour, sandals and thongs are not suitable.

Programs:

2.5-3-hour-long adventure tour: English guided tour, Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 4:30 pm.
Age limit: 6 years

3-hour-long extreme tour: takes you to the deepest point of the cave, to an underground lake. English guided tour, starting by appointment, min. 4 participants needed.
Age limit: 14 years.

3-4-hour-long team building: with funny tasks, English guided tour, starting by appointment, min. 4 participants needed.
Age limit: 6 years

Extreme tour and team building tour starts only with the minimum of 4 participants, or you have to pay the fee of 4 people.

There are scheduled English guided tours 3 times a week, which you can join without having to pay additional fee.

We try to organize the tours according to your needs. Non scheduled tours are available every day throughout the year.

The tour can start at any time of day!
