Opera Residence is situated in the heart of Budapest. Just a few minutes walk from all cultural assets and entertainment opportunities as well as the most famous city sights like Andrássy Avenue that has been declared part of World heritage, Váci Street, the Opera House and the Academy of Music. Lots of theatres, museums, exclusive bars, restaurants and places of amusement are within arm's reach from our Residence.

Just behind the State Opera House, just a few steps from Budapest's best pubs and nightlife (The Liszt Ferenc Tér and Nagymezõ utca). You can easily get home in two minutes from your favourite bar/pub/restaurant.

All apartments and studios are new in a brand new building located in the heart of the city in a quiet street behind the State Opera House.
Babybed, high chair are free of charge upon request (by the reservation).

We have several apartments and studios in the same building, which makes bigger families or a party of friends able to rent more apartments and studios close to each other.

Apartments

All apartments have a big living room and a bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe on 62 sqm. The sitting room has a sofa - can be opened as a double bed. In this way one apartment can sleep 4 people plus one person on an extra bed. The toilet and the bathroom are separated.

Studios

The studios are smaller (38 sqm), have only one room but offer the same standard and equipment. There is a spacious room with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for 1-2 people!

Kitchen: microwave, fridge, hot plate with oven, toaster, electric kettle, glass and chinaware, cutlery sets, dishes

Bathroom: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath tub with shower, towels

Room: TV with international chanels, WiFi Internet, DVD player, smoking table, wardrobe, king size bed, extra bed available, night table, standing lamp, all the beddings

Services in the building: elevator, laundry, bar/restaurant, beauty saloon, inner garden

Parking: Garage underneath the apartment house. Fee: 10 EUR /car/night. From the garage you can get to your apartment directly by an elevator.

Within one minute walk: Opera House, Soho London (pub and discotheque), Mandarin cafe (stylish bar and restaurant at the ground floor of the building), Moulin Rouge, many trendy and hip restaurants, the so called "Budapest Broadway" (with theatres, pubs, restaurants)

Closest metro stop: Opera (M1 - Millenium Underground - yellow line) - 2 min. walk

Payment: You will be asked to pay for the owner when you arrive at the accommodation, so please prepare enough cash! The owner cannot accept any credit cards or travellers cheques, you can pay only in CASH in EUR/HUF/USD. Please note that if you pay in a currency other than Euro, the owner applies the daily mid-rate of the Hungarian National Bank.
