Premium Apartment House

An ideal place for the guests who want to be far from the noise of the city however near to the bubble, being in private or business journey.

Location

Our apartment house is located on the Pest side of Budapest in the middle of the 13th district (Béke tér) in Országbíró Street. You can get to the centre of the city in 6-8 minutes with the tram Nr. 14. The tram stop is located 300m far from the apartment house.

  

Facilities

Our 24 hours recepcionist facility is available for all guests. Our Hotel is a non – smoking area, the café in the lobby is an ideal place for a private or a business appointment.

In the café you can find some coffee and cappucino specialities, soft drinks, cakes, and strudels.

Our guest have an opportunity to resort the breakfast facility, half – and full board service, these are not included in the price.

Babybed, high chair are free of charge upon request (by the reservation).

Rooms

There are 133 fully equipped, air-conditioned studios and premium apartments with American style kitchen in the building. We also offer hotel and wellness services for our guests. The friendly character of the apartments, the soundproof windows and the comfortable beds help you feel like at home. Closed parking places belong to each apartment and some of them have a balcony also.

Studio: 98 pieces, 35-40 m. large studio with American style kitchen, which can accommodate max. 3 people. The bedroom is separated with a wall but there is no door between the bedroom and the living room. In the bedroom you can find a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa suitable for 1 person.

Premium apartment: 27 pieces, 40-45 m. large apartment with American style kitchen, living room and bedroom which can accommodate max. 3 people. The bedroom is separated from the living room. In the bedroom you can find two single beds (it is not possible to put them together) and in the living room there is a sofa suitable for 1 person.

Family apartment: 8 pieces, 70-90 m. large apartment with American style kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, which can accommodate max. 5 people. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other you can find two single beds (it is not possible to put them together). In the living room there is a sofa suitable for 1 people.

Apartments designed for handicapped people

Equipment of each apartment: writing desk, pull-out sofa, coffee table, TV, telephone, ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, vent hood, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, hair dryer, towels, ironing board, dinner set, glasses, dishes.

Conference

There are also smaller seminar rooms upstairs in the house at our guests' disposal. Furthermore you can find a large conference room suitable for up to 150 person, which can be separated. This conference room is equipped with its own video and sound system so it can satisfy the highest demands.

Technical appliences: microfone, video player, CD player, projector, flip chart, TV, video camera, WIFI internet.
