Please don't add air conditioning and raise the price beyond what a poor traveler can afford Just make it clear in your advertising that that's the reason your accommodations are so inexpensive. I'd much rather stay in your wonderfully clean, neat, friendly, centrally-located hotel at a reasonable price I can afford, even having to sweat the night through, than at some air-conditioned place on the outskirts.
