Kriszta Apartments 'NIVO' & 'GRAND NIVO'

6th district, Káldy Gy. u. 3. - at Deák F. tér

LOCATION
Kriszta Apartments Nivo are located in the center of Budapest - next to Deak square where all the 3 metro lines meet - only about five minutes walk from the main tourist area (Vaci Street) of Budapest. Most of the clubs, shops and coffee houses are in walking distance. The main intersection of the metro lines in Budapest is also for about five minutes walk from the apartment, so it is easy to reach all important tourist attractions.

ACCOMMODATION
Kriszta Apartments Nivo are spacious brand new apartments in the centre of Budapest. They offer higher standard than most of the other apartments in Budapest as they are situated in a brand new building and also the equipment and the furniture is brand new. They are in the same building but on different floors.

The building has a security reception desk and a nice garden.

SERVICE
Sauna and jacuzzi are available in the building for EUR 4/person/occasion.
All bed sheets, towels, soap, toilet and cleaning papers are provided for our guests.

PAYMENT
No credit cards or cheques accepted, cash payment only.

Kriszta Apartment 'NIVO 105'

The apartment has 2 bright rooms, equipped withbrand new furniture, TV with satellite channels so you can enjoy international and Hungarian channels as well. One of the rooms has a double sofa bed, the other one has 2 sofa beds, so it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities (electric oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc) and it also has a large table for 4. There is a bathroom with bathtub and a seperate toilet. Unfortunately, this apartment has no washing machine.

Please note that this apartment is NON-SMOKING, so smoking is not allowed inside!

This apartment has a spacious and bright living room equipped with brand new furniture, TV with satellite channels so you can enjoy English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Greek, and Hungarian channels as well. It has a separated comfortable bedroom with double bed and also it has a double bed available in the living room, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities (electric oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc) and it also has a large table for 6. The washing machine is in a separated room. The apartment receives lots of natural light through the wide windows, you can enjoy the nice garden from the balcony which opens from the living-room.

The apartment is located on the top floor (8th), it offers beautiful panoramic view to some of the most famous sights, like the Gellert hill with the Liberty Monument, the Basilica and the Buda Castle. It has 2 bright rooms and is equipped withbrand new furniture, TV with satellite channels so you can enjoy international and Hungarian channels as well. One of the rooms has a double sofa bed, the other one has a double sofa bed, so it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities (electric oven,coffee maker, dishwasher, etc). There is a bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine.

Kriszta Apartment 'GRAND NIVO'

   

Ithas a spacious and bright living room with new furniture; there is a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person. It has two detached convenient bedrooms with double bed in the first and  2 single beds in the second room, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is a TV with satellite channels so you can enjoy English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Greek, and Hungarian channels as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities (electric oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge, etc), It also has a large table for 4. The apartment receives lots of natural light through the wide windows, you can enjoy the garden from the balcony which opens from the living-room and one of the bedrooms, too! There is a washing machine in the bathroom.

Please note that this apartment costs EUR 10 more than the standard rates listed in pricelist.
