King Apartments

King Apartments Budapest offer a few modern and elegant apartments in a brand new building (2006) with ideally location in the city centre, easy walking distance from Budapest’s attractions, the Andrassy avenue with the Opera House and the Deak Ferenc square (M1, M2, M3). The area supplies an array of nightlife, including restaurants serving a variety of cuisine. We offer fully equipped one-, two- and three bedroom-apartments with A/C, balcony and free WIFI Internet. Our quality flats are a very good alternative place to stay for business man, families and couples also.

All apartments are warmly decorated and comfortable with an interior to make our guests feel like at home.
We have few type of apartment, please check the description of the flats before the reservation.
The furnitures has the same standard and the services are the same high quality: 180 x 200 size double bed in the bedrooms, 160 x 200 size fold-out sofa in the living room;
American-style kitchen, open and well equipped (fridge, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, dischwasher, plates, knives and forks, cups, wine and snaps glas, frying pan, cooking pot etc.) with dining corner. All flat has a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, drainboard.

King one room studio

32 m² in size, modern studio. There is one matrimonial bed, one fold-out sofa and a cable TV can be found in the unique spacious room. There are a bathtub with shower, washing machine and toilet in the bathroom. The flat has a balcony to the inside garden and free WIFI.

King two-room apartment

49 - 60 m² two-rooms modern apartments, ideal for maximum 6 persons. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and one or two fold-out sofas in the living room (it depends on the number of the persons).


There is a dining corner and sitting area with cable TV in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, washing machine, toilet. The most of the flats has a balcony, AirConditioning and free WIFI.

King Standard Three-room apartment

 

This is a modern, 76-80 m² size 3-rooms apartment. There is a one-one double bed in the bedrooms, and a fold-out sofa in the living room. The flat is ideal for max. 6+2 persons. There is a dining corner and sitting area with cable TV in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtube with shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. There is a balcony, the apartment is with air-condition and Internet (connection with cable).

King Superior Three-room apartment

This is a modern, 74 m² size 3-rooms apartment. There is a one-one double bed in the bedrooms, and a fold-out sofa in the living room. The flat is ideal for max. 6 persons. There is a cable TV and dining table in the living room. The both bedrooms has a bathroom, is equipped with a bathtube with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is a balcony, the apartment is with air-condition. The flat is equipped with new minimal styles designe furnitures.

Services of the King apartments:

Babybed, high chair and babytub are free of charge upon request (by the reservation).

Internet service: the most of the apartments has a Wireless Internet, the others has a cable-Internet free of charge upon request (by the reservation).

Parking possibility: in the underground garage of the building upon request (by the reservation), costs 14 EUR/day.

Apartments with A/C: the most of the apartments has Air-Condition, available upon request at the reservation (extra costs)

Pets are allowed, except for the Superior apartment with deposit (by the reservation).

The apartments are suitable for handicapped persons with an assistant.

Office of the Apartments: is located in the same building, offer Sightseeing tours; citymap and cityguides; shuttle service by minibus or car

The price including: duvet with cover, pillow with cover, sheet; one towel size medium/person, little towel for hand in the bathroom ; liquid soap, toilet paper, detergent

Payment: Unfortunately no credit cards or cheques accepted, only cash payment upon arrival (EUR, HUF).

Payment: You will be asked to pay for the owner when you arrive at the accommodation, so please prepare enough cash! The owner cannot accept any credit cards or travellers cheques, you can pay only in CASH in EUR/HUF/USD. Please note that if you pay in a currency other than Euro, the owner applies the daily mid-rate of the Hungarian National Bank.
