The Residence consists of 38 large, fully appointed and serviced suites in a luxuriously renovated nineteenth Century building typical of Andrassy avenue. Surfaces of the suites range from 45 m² to 97 m², from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. Each of the apartments offers a full size American kitchen, a lounge, a living area with Hi-fi, DVD and satellite TV and a separate bedroom. There is ample storage space.

Within the Residence Izabella, guests can enjoy breakfast or a drink on the charming terrace of the garden, or the activities of “Le Club” which includes a bar, a fitness center, sauna, massage, billiard, home cinema, etc.
