Karma Boutique Apartments

Our apartments are located in the heart of the city on Liszt Ferenc Square off Andrássy Avenue, which is a world heritage site. The Opera House and the theatres of Budapest’s ‘Broadway’ are nearby. The area is full of coffee shops and restaurants such as MENZA, KARMA , VIAN,etc., their terraces crowded with the inhabitants of Budapest as well as visitors from abroad, especially from spring to autumn.

This is Budapest’s most elegant shopping and entertaining area where you will find international brands such as Gucci, Armani, Louis Vuitton and Cavalli. Our apartments are all in one building so that they are ideal to accommodate a larger group.
The apartments consist of modern rooms with elegant interiors and fully equipped kitchens. We hope you will enjoy the peace and quiet and the comfort they offer in the centre of Budapest.
The sights of the city, Heroes Square, Vajdahunyad Castle, the famous Széchenyi baths, open winter and summer, are all within easy walking distance, as is the Buda Castle across the Chain Bridge. If you wish to travel by public transport, you only have to walk 50 metres to the Oktogon metro stop and this will allow you to reach all destinations in comfort.
All kinds of shops are to be found in the immediate vicinity.

Two-room apartment :

Two-room apartment comprise 1 bedroom plus a living room and extends to 50 sqm. The bedroom offers a double bed and a fold out sofa bed. Extra beds can be provided upon request. The bathroom comes with a bath tub equipped with a shower and there is a  WC. The open-plan kitchen opens from the living room and it is equipped with all necessary tools and appliences for cooking. The apartment is equipped with modern entertainment devices such as stereo, dvd player and flat screen TV.

Three-room apartment :

Three-room apartments comprise 2 bedrooms plus a living room and extends to 65 sqm. Both bedrooms offer double beds. Extra beds can be provided upon request. The bathroom comes with a bath tub equipped with a shower and there is a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen opens from the living room and it is equipped with all necessary tools and appliences for cooking. The apartment is equipped with modern entertainment devices such as stereo, dvd player and flat screen TV.

Services of  the apartments:
Babybed, high chair and babytub are free of charge upon request (by the reservation).

Internet service: Wireless internet or broadband internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Parking possibility: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are allowed, upon request.

Office of the Apartments: is located in the same building.

Payment: No credit cards or cheques accepted, only cash payment upon arrival, however payments through  PAYPAL   is  accepted (EUR, HUF).

Important informations

Check-in: The private apartments have no reception desk; Please send your arrival information and mobile phone number to the apartments. The assistant will wait for the guest at the main entrance of the building at the mentioned time, shows the flat and gives the keys.

Payment: You will be asked to pay for the owner when you arrive at the accommodation, so please prepare enough cash! The owner cannot accept any credit cards or travellers cheques, you can pay only in CASH in EUR/HUF/USD. Please note that if you pay in a currency other than Euro, the owner applies the daily mid-rate of the Hungarian National Bank.
