Situated on the Pest side of the capital city, near the Budapest Fair Centre, with a metro line running alongside, the hotel is easy to access by car and public transport.
Located 7 km from the city centre (Parliament, Váci street, Deák square), 4 km from the Keleti Railway station, 20 km from Budapest Ferihegy Airport and 3 km from the Budapest Sport Arena and Puskás Ferenc Stadium.
By car:
from the M3 motorway, along Nagy Lajos király útja (3 km). From the city centre or the M5, along Rákóczi út and Kerepesi út, 200 m from Örs vezér tér.
From the M1 and M7 motorways, via Erzsébet Bridge and the route through the city centre.
By metro:
number 2 metro line, 200 m from the Örs vezér tér terminus.
Other public transport:
there are stops for the no. 32 bus and the nos. 3 and 62 trams in front of the hotel.
Choose from one of the hotel’s 100 comfortable rooms, 93 twin/ double and 7 single. Extra beds can also be provided. 31 of the rooms are non-smoking, 60 air-conditioned, and there is a room suitable for disabled people. Room facilities: shower, toilet, bath (in 25 rooms), satellite TV, WiFi Internet access, telephone, minibar. Child beds and child baths are available for our youngest guests.
The 90-place Laguna Restaurant offers a wide range of Hungarian and international dishes. Relax in the bar and its garden. For large functions and group orders, we provide special menu lists and, by request, buffet lunches and dinners.
If you want to take a look at events in the Budapest Fair Centre (BNV) area, the Expo bus will take you there from the main entrance within a few minutes.
For after-work entertainment, or as the main purpose of your visit, we can give you some ideas: the Árkád Shopping Centre, opening in March 2002, will provide superb attractions for shoppers. Parliament is 10 minutes away by metro, and Heroes' Square is hardly more distant, by tram and the oldest urban underground railway in continental Europe.
