The new 3-star Bástya Wellness Hotel was built in the heart of Miskolctapolca - 100 m away from the Thermal cave bath. Miskolctapolca is a real resort place with Thermal Bath (the only cave bath in Central Europe), surrounded with wonderful woods of the Bükk National Park. The Cave 's atmosphere proved to heal catarrhal respiratory diseases.

The Hotel was increased with a wellness center, where the services are free of charge for the guests:
