The family-run pension has friendly atmosphere, guests can feel themselves at home, far away from their home. Enjoy the unique hospitality! The excellent location, the clean air, the beauty of the apartments and large portions of breakfast made the villa known all over the world!

The Pension:

The house is located on the South-East slope of the Gellert Hill, 300 yards from the River Danube, two minutes walking distance to the world famous Gellert Thermal Bath, Health Spa and Hotel and the public transportation.

Own garage is available for EUR 15/day. We stongly advise you to use it if you arrive with your car.

The villa is situated in the most exclusive and safest district of Budapest. The building itself is
over 100 years old and it is surrounded by a quiet and well kept garden. You can still see the remains of the staircase especially built for the honor of the visit of Emperor Joseph Franz at early 1900s.

The Breakfast room

Guests can find wide selection of sausages, hams, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, fruits, drinks, juices, bakery products on the table, although you can also order scrambled eggs, ham and eggs, omelette, etc.

Descriptions of the rooms:
Each room has different facilities and furniture. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and large windows. There is beautiful antique furniture in the rooms, however they are equipped with all modern conveniences including air conditioning, remote control color TV, telephone, minibar and bathroom.

In all rooms you will find a safe that is at your disposal free of charge!

Please ask for the key from the staff! Please note that you will be asked to provide some (refundable) deposit for the key of the safe!

APARTMENT:

The apartment is situated on the top floor of the Pension. It has a kitchen with dining room, 2 seperated double rooms (with king size beds), a bathroom with hydro-massage shower and a small terrace so it is comfortable for max 4 people (2 couples).

You can have a glimpse of the Danube and the Freedom (Szabadsag) Bridge while sipping a cup of coffee and enjoying the gentle breeze on the terrace of the apartments.

The apartment prices are valid for 2 people. For each additional person staying at the apartment there is an additional charge of EUR 10/person!!

SUITE:

There are two suites in the Pension. These can accommodate 3-4 people (in the same room!).
They are located on the 1st floor. One of the suites has a living room with winter-garden and a fireplace. The other one has a large terrace and a large bathroom with corner bath.

The suite prices are valid for 2 people. For each additional person staying at the apartment there is an additional charge of EUR 10/person!!

STUDIOS:

There are two studios in the Pension. Each studio has one room and a kitchenette.
They are situated on the 1st and 2nd floor.

STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS:

There are 3 double rooms in the Pension. The furniture is not so luxurious and the room is not so spacious as the suites, but they are of standard quality and their windows overlook the nice garden. Rooms are situated in the basement area.

This is an offline accommodation, our team has to check if there is availability, we send you the confirmation letter (or the answer) within 1 workday (Monday - Friday) if your selected hotel/apartment is not available then we send you another (similar) offer, you do not need to fill in the reservation form again.
